Ok i am 13 and have a little fat around my abs i weight 121 pounds and i am about 5'6 I play basketball for a club teams and i practice 2x a week and 1 game per week in practice we run basically the whole time same with the games I want to know if i can get abs within 3-4 weeks i know that sounds ridiculous but just go with it If any of you guys have any workouts, diets, training or methods you used or are using please tell me BMI:18%I workout almost everyday which consists of weight lifting and cardio 20 min a day (unless i have b-ball then its like 45-60 min)if you can give me a realistic time-line that would be great****My abs are very strong just they have a little fat covering themAll answers are appreciatedThanks

Im 5'7 150lbs. and want to be more muscular, not bulky. I'm not fat at all just want more muscle and more defined abs. I work my chest mon, wed, & fri. and my arms tues, thurs. & sat. I do 300 crunches every morning when I wake up and another 300 after i workout. I run everyday on a treadmill for 20 mins. burning 326 calories totaled. I eat all healthy foods along with a whey protein mix and drink plenty of water. My daily calorie intake is around 2500, Fat cal at 400 and protein is at 155. I'm trying to get that perfect look by the end of Aug., will this routine help?

Hi! So basically this is my workout pattern:1. Three times a week i lift weights for 45 minutes.2. 6 days i week i swim with my team for 2 and 1/2 hours. it is quite intense swimming. we have to swim very fast!I eat:breakfast: protein shakelunch: bagel sandwichsnacks: fruit or cheesedinner: whatever my mom makes (pasta? soup? steak etc)I drink about 1 gallon of green tea everyday with sweet and low because i heard it boosts your metabolism.Even with eating more calories than i burn, i am have strange body stuff. My stomach is really flat, like 25 inches around above the hips. yet, my thighs are really big! not muscle, just like random fat. i also have pretty large love handles, well in my opinion. the other thing is, my thigh bone (femur) is like 4 times the length between my knee and ankel. this sounds crazy, but is there anyway i can fix that? without surgery? i am definetly fully grown. i have been 5 foot 8 inch and 140 pounds for 4 years now.So what do i do?

Hey, I'm 15 years old, male. If I eat very healthy, and jog a mile everyday, will that burn off muscle?I am 5 foot 6, and 115 pounds. So, I had a baby 6 months ago. Prior to getting pregnant I had been going to the gym everyday for about 2 months, using the stationary bikes and "biking" about 12 miles, and then doing a cool down jog/run of about 2 miles. Then every other day I'd add in weights - legs/arms. And I'd do 300 crunches daily. Well I kind of took pregnancy as a chance to veg and eat what I wanted (within reason) and gained 45 pounds... a lot of that was actually waterweight, but I am now at a point where I just cannot lose that last 10 pounds to save my life! I'm still nursing, so I'm sure this has something to do with it.I just started to do Pilates about 20 minutes a day because I'm so out of shape and that's all I can cram in during a naptime. I was wondering how long it would take to see results with just doing Pilates? I'm trying to add a daily walk with my baby in, but some days its so hard to w. everything else. How long do you think it will take me to get back into shape? I'm not so concerned withmy weight, as I am with the way my body looks. If I could just get back to FEELING great, that's all that matters, really.

In the past 10 months I have gained 40 pounds. In September I was 110 pounds and now I am 150 pounds. I have grown 2 inches and am 5' 10" now, I'm also 13 years old if that has to do with anything. I really want to loose the extra weight and become fit and more athletic. I used to be able to run a 6 minute mile and now my time has decreased by over two minutes. My brother says that if you don't take it 30 minutes after your workout it's usless to take but my dad says it doesn't matter when you take it. Should I be taking it after a basketball or track practice too or just after lifting? Does it affect anything if I also put a couple spoonfulls of Ovaltine in for taste everyday? I've been taking 1 scoop (30g) of it about 30 minutes after my workout. If I weigh 215lbs and I'm 5'11 1/2" how much should I take a day? Do I take it on the days that I don't lift too?

Is this a good workout for a 13 year old boy?I'm about 5"8, 5" 9, weight around 145, I know I'm getting a little chubby, clothes getting a snug, stuff like that. Anyways recently my family signed up at the gym and we go there almost everyday, cause of the pool and excerise machines. I am a 14 year old female. I am 5'7 and weight 150 pounds. Recently I have been thinking about my weight and have been trying to lose, but have some questions. I work out about 1.5 hours everyday ( this includes aerobics, cardio, and i walk 2 miles, and jog one) after i work out i feel good, but once i eat i feel soo heavy and like my workout has just gone to waste even tho i don't eat much.. just enough. how can i lose weight fast my problem area is in my stomach. Okay, I'll admit it. I got suckered in by the Wii Fit hype and was one of those folks that bought it right when it came out. At first I thought it was the best thing ever and was using it everyday. There were a few frustrations but I overlooked them because the hype was still fresh in my mind.Now almost a month later the Balance Board is quickly collecting dust under my bed. I realized that it is nothing more than a glorified video game (and not a very good one). I burn more calories during a 20 minute Eliptical machine workout than I would playing Wii Fit for an hour. Is this supposed to be a timesaver. LOL.I would encourage folks to think twice before buying this thing. It's just like that Ab Blaster that's stored somewhere in your garage. Disagree? Now we'll see tons of responses from Wii Fit fanatics explaining why it is so great. Don't believe it.

I have asked my husband for it for my birthday in a couple weeks in order to get healthier. Here is my usual diet:Breakfast:1 boiled egg (with some salt), and a lightly buttered toast, with a glass of milk to drink.Lunch:A sandwich consisting of a couple of pieces of salami, 2 pieces of American cheese, and some lettuce, with a chocolate milk to drink.Snack:2 peach fruit cups, and a multivitamin.Dinner:Grilled chicken, some healthy vegetables (don't know what they are called in American, it is cooked in an Indian style), and a type of very healthy bread (again, don't know what it is called in American). I have been on a steady diet/workout routine to try to lose about 30 pounds..I have been running every morning and walking every night.. and doing 100 crunches and about 3 different arm exersizes with 5 pound weights. I 've kept 50 lbs off for 2 years..but within those 2 years i''ve had yoyo weight...i go up and down..bt never over 5 lbs. I want to know if it's ok if i do other cardio exercis than running. I use to run like 4-5 times a week befor for 30 min..but now i have gotten a little lazy for running but i do cardio 5 times a week..i do 20 min eliptical, 20 stairmaster, 20 bike and i do weights for 30 minutes and running i do about 2 times a week for 20 minutes. I started heavily working out about 6 months ago. I started running 3 miles and lightly lifting weights 5 or 6 days a weeks. Im now up to 5 miles and weights after. I run at an 8 mile pace. When I started working out I weighed 235. 6 months later I weight 205. Im 6'2" and have been atheltic all my life. I want to be about 195. I cant break 200. Ive been stuck at 205 for about 3 weeks. Ive intensified my workouts and cut calories and nothing is working. I basically eat the same thing everyday. I hardly ever have breakfast(sometimes a yogurt or granola and fruit)I know its bad. Salad and soup for lunch. Dinner is up in the air but its never unhealthly. Usually chicken or meat. I just cant break through. I have annoying little belly flab on my lower abs. I dont want to have a 6 pack. I just want to be slim. But if I keep going like this will I eventually start losing again or will I just stay here. What is the most simple way to break through.

145 pounds5'6goal weight: 120-125IN A MONTHEXERCISE::::::--everyday i do 45min-1hour on the ellipticali do an ab workout consisting of different kinds of cruches and it adds up to a total of about 500.--monday wednesday and friday i play volley ball and we have workouts where we lift weights for a little bit and run about 1/2 to 1 mile.. --also do other moderate exercise such as cheerleading, and some tennis................dont really count it thoughDIET:::::::::::i eat sugar free jello alot mainly my breakfast and lunch..its only 40 calories per box.then i either eat a subway sandwich or a peice of chicken/fish with vegetable for dinner i only drink waterIve limited my calories to 500..i know its not very much but im really serious about losing this weight and i don't careHOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO LOSE MY 20 POUNDS AND WILL I GET A SIX PACK...WHAT CAN I DO ALSO TO HELP GAIN THE SIX PACK... thanks

Okay so my body seems good and fit, it just needs to lose a couple more pounds. I'm going to go shopping in 3 weeks, and I want to be able to look good in my new clothesSo for the next three weeks this is what I'm going to do: Thursdays - Tuesdays:Exercise:Morning: 30 minutes in the Eliptical Trainerand 30 min of workout in the Evening(e.g dance, walk, elptical trainer again lol)Nutrition Plan: now I know how to eat healthy and portion control my foods, its just I need to have an actual plan, because thats the only way I can stick to something.I want your help to suggest three healthy meal plans, no snacks because I gain weight when I eat more than three times a day- I also drink 2 litres of water everydayEvery Wed: - I take a break from exercisingand I indulge on something that I <3 but its also portion controlled :)

i'm actually facing acne problem(white heads) on my nose...doctor had adviced me a course(Tab. Microdox D.T + Tab.Vitamin-A), which i completed.now again after few days i'm still facing the same problem...Now everyday am eating this tablet(Microdox D.T.) after lunch to get rid of this.whenever after i workout i sweat a lot, my nose now become delicate and bulges resulting in white heads .How Do i Get Rid Of This Problem Completely...it really pains a lot.Please Advice ?

well i came back to working out since 8 months ago after an injury but not i got a lil bit of fat and i got muscles but i always been doing 2 muscle group a day for 3 on role twice a week so i am working out 6 times a week.. lately i'ev been reading researches about working out 5 times a week and one muscle group a day BUT my question is i want to do it to gain muscles but my muscle quality and thickness will decrease if i will do this routine and gain more fat..note i am start doing cardio with it everyday inspite i use to be doing swimming and abs 4 times a week and i am working hard in military so i want to know what would be the best for me and comfrtable and making me keep energize during my work before or after workout plan.please helpok i dont want a websites and i dont want to work out home all i want a real answer .. what would be better one muscle to work out at the gym a day and 2 days off a week .. what i am doing now which is 2 muscle group a day plus abs with 1 day off a week.. SO I WANT TO KNOW IF I SWITCH TO 5 DAYS A WEEK WITH ONE MUSCLE A GROUP DAY THAT WILL MAKE ME LOSS SOME MUSCLES WHICH IS I DONT WANT BUT I WANT MORE REST AND OFF COURSE LOSE FAT CUZ THAT'S MY GOAL NOW TO LOSE FAT AND GAIN MUSCLE .. so i am afraid if i do the ONE MUESCLE group a day quality and gain fat help???

What is the best cardio workout to help me burn fat fast? im a 15 year old girl and im only about 19% body fat, but i do have a small layer over what would be my abs. how do i burn this quickly? i run everyday at least 2 miles (im working up to 7mi) and i have the opportunity to swim laps if thats good... just whatever i need to ... i know spot reduction doesnt work but would sit ups and crunches help? its mainly my lower abs that i want to target. thank you! =]

I have a really hectic school schedule (7am-2pm with kids, 4pm-10pm graduate school most days), and can't do serious strength training except Friday, Saturday and Sunday. How do I manage a decent workout on those days without risking injury? Obviously, I'm interested in maintaining condition (I'm fairly toned) and not bulking up. FYI, I manage to do cardio just about everyday for at least 45 minutes.I need strength training suggestions. Thanx.
