I need heart lung transplant and im on warfrin for thinning my blood, 3 weeks ago my father was in his bedroom and he was down, i went to the room but before this day i was watching carefully at him change, mostly towards me and my mother, we all lived in the same home as of my dissability, he would take all my income, dissabilty, careres money and id help fortnightly with my income upport to go towards the keep of the house he said.But id watch him as he,d intimidate me and put me down to this size.. when other were around, and especially my mother.Eventualy when id go downstairs he,d turn the tv up full blast as if i was in his face, if i spoke hed ignore me and get angry if i spoke out of turn about this, but when i was young before i had my boy whos 9 years old, about 16 years ago i took drugs i stopped it at 21 and never took since then apart from cannabas but i stopped that also and never turned back.So one day my boy said his grandad smoked a pipe i couldnt believe what i was hearing, hed go walk in woods with grandad and grandad had a secret hide out my son called it with his tobacco black blocks in it.I just found this out, but i suspected it before the day my father kicked me down the stairs and comfronted him he,d get angry and say i was not wise.Eventually my life become a daily thing to stay stuck in the bedroom couldnt go downstairs i didnt feel welcome, at the end id have a kettle milk sugar cup up in my room for to make tea so i didnt have to go into the living room at all.Now my aftehr 3 weeks ago kicked me from top stairs in the heart down to the bottom, he said he blacked out and was depressed, but when i fell tothe bottom my mother was in the living room and seen me at the bottom, before he kicked me it all started as i knocked on his bedroom door asking if he wanted a loan of my car to go get some shop in as i needed to use car to go out, he said shut my fc--ng door, and got up slammed it in my face, i kicked the door and said"what a way to act like big hard man trying to frighten your dissabled daughter", i went to walk down the stairs and i have metel down my stairs as i have a stairlift,a nd he opened the door and said to me, you want to see a hard man and lifetd his two hands put them to each side the wall and kicked me with all his might down the stairs, my mother heard the part when he said you want to see how hard a man i am, and then as she was downstairs seen me land at the bottom, run to me to help me while he come after me to kick me again, and she shouted leave her alone min whats wrong with you, he said to her,and do you want to see what hard a man i am tae(also and took her against the wall and started punching her in the face.Now if he,d have kciked me and left it at that id have said yes my faukt i pressed his buttons but id seen he had time to kick me down stairs, then come after me again, then stop,to say to my mother what he said to her,a nd then have that gap to stop to think about what he did before he hit her, so it wasnt spur of the moment, he had plenty time think about what he did.We dont know how but got out the house into front garden when he come out and trued to pull me back into the house again, a neighbour got me to her front door while calling ambulance and he calmly walked into house got dog put lead on and walked past me mother at neighbours door and walked the dog.Police came as of my heart condition i was rushed to hosp where they though i could be internally bleeding with warfren and neck and back broken as landed on the metal part of stairs,my mothers face was a sight but come up worse after few days.We went home that night while the police kept him in cutody overnight to think about what hed done, he was charged for hitting my mother but not me as she was not at the stairs to see it, even though accident emergency said it definly was shoe print on my chest.Now id been beat up before from my young days when id met someone whom was very evil hed smash my face off the sink and beat me with buckle belts and put me in the bathroom for up to 3 days and would lay me down and try to put needles in my neck so under no circumstances would i ever allow this to happen again through that mistake of keeping forgiving and so my father will and hasnt been in my life or home since this.He wanted to see my son when got out i was frightned to death and he went ranting and raving while angry to ssocial workers about my past now the social workers are at my door to see if my boy is okay to be with me, me my other and son live lovely quiet area where we moved to before he was born so id be away from a bad life and towns where drugs were taking place ads i did not want him making safe mistakes i did by getting involved with one wrong person.My boy seen his grandad when he got out cells but was texting my innocent wee boy saying, meet you 2 minutes up the rosd,which was back of my house, i kindly text my father and said please let me know if you are coming for my Sorry meant to say, we are not near him, he was arrested and is up to court again next month with this.He has been charged.My son doesnt go near him i wont allow it, he is not allowed to door i have restraining order, im 35.The police know everything.Ive got my monies sorted and me and my mother and son are safe at the home we are at where he is no longer resident.Ive got the house changed into my name and all bills and opened account and all monies now is being in to my account and my mother myself and son are all together safe with police help and safety and we are not in danger at this time.Simply he ranted and raved on about something i done over 16 years ago before my son was thought about, or even imagined as i was told i couldnt have family.He is not near us, where we live we have help from lovely neighbours also and friends. if he comes near door he will be arrested, the minute he lifted his hands he was out.And will never be back.Should i worry for something i did 16 yrs ago?I would not tollerate a man abusing a women, same for a women who does abuse men.So he was out on his head that second and never till i take my last dying breath he will be back near us again.But he,s bringing up past about me when i was in my teens to try to say im unfit mother.My illness doesnt stop me i am strong i do everything everyone else does, i keep well, i am fit, i am strong, and especially strong minded as of the abuse i took when younger made me stronger not weaker.Should i worry he is saying im unfit mother when son is more than loved,fed,clothed,schooled,never missed day in his life,very happy child, and he has wonderfull friends here where we live, this man my father is simply trying to bring my past up, when i learned from my mistakes and wouldnt tollerate it around my child whatsoever as people say you cant change but believe me i have over 16 years ago.The only thing i do is smoke cigarettes and to me thats bad enough.We are more happier and getting on with our lifes
