this is a question, but I am also trying to get the word out.there is a way you can speed up windows Vista. A way Noone I know has ever figured out. its about visual styles. there are a number of things they put in vista to make it graphically more appealing, though they really do slow down the computer, mine sped up, and it wasn't even that slow before. here is how you do it:1. go to the control panel.2. in the "search" bar, type "performance"3. go under "system" as it appears, and click on the link "adjust the appearance and performance of windows"having a box unchecked will aid in speeding up your computer. when I initially unchecked all of the boxes, I noticed no difference in my ability to effectively communicate with the computer. If you have vista, and it is really slow, then, by all means, uncheck all boxes.seriously,...1. did you know that you can speed up your computer by doing this, 2. have you done this?

on the sega rally for ps3, in the instruction book, it says you can adjust the sensitivity of the sixaxis controller in the options menu. these are lies. horrible decietful lies. does anyone know how you actually adjust the sensitivty on sega rally??? (also, im using a dualshock 3 controller which does feature the sixaxis functions)

i'm 15 and i started drinking coffee last year, my first year of high school. i'm not a regular drinker though. i probably drank two cups a week or less. anyways, i drink it a lot less now. i find that everytime i drink it, i become anxious a few hours later. i don't know why, though i have suffered some depression symptoms last year before i started drinking coffee.is this because i'm not a regular drinker? if i drank it regularly would i be less anxious?and one more question.... why does it cause anxiety?

Okay like a lot of the CDs I buy (reprise records especially) won't work with my macbook. It's annoying! Like I think they're made so that you can't copy them as easily, but when you put it in a mac it just gets spat back out, and you can't put it on itunes that way. Is there someone I can complain to? Do they know how annoying it is? This is a question. Like do they not like Apple?

My gf and i have been together for a little over a year, and we both graduated highschool a few months ago. When we first started talking about our future plans, and she was going to come to the same college I was going to go to. Times have changed since then, and she has found one that better suits her career. My heart tells me that I should push her to go for the better college, but it is in a different state and hours away, so I would never get to see her. I love her so much but I'm not sure if I could take the pain of not being able to ever see her except for the few times a year. (I also believe she, too, is not a fan of a Long-distance relationship.) Should I encourage her to follow her career? Should i let her come to mine? Do I end it? I don't want to be the one standing in the way of her future, but I love her so much and I just don't know what to do. I'm not sure i can take her being that far away, not being able to see her, and not being at the same college(because we all know what can happen at college parties). All I know is that I don't want to be the one to hold her back and prevent her from getting the best she can for her life, I want her to reach her full potential and not have a boyfriend whose a controlling prick and makes all the decisions. Any advice on what we can do to solve this is sooo much appreciated =)

Ive been a on/off smoker for about 3 years now, but over the last 8 months ive been on roughly 20 a day. Since yesterday every time i have a cigarette ive been retching, or if not feeling like im going to at any minute, but bringing nothing up. i know smoking is bad for you, and im quite glad its happening because at the minute im feeling like never having one again, im just abit worried why this is happening?

i am on a diet and i need to know something that is easy and simple that i can make for my lunch. I have worked until I cannot work no more. I have a terminal condition that causes unimaginable pain and my MD is jerking me around. I have seen the SSI docs, the shrink and all three of them think I need a morphine drip. Doctor DoLittle writes on the pain referral form that I could go back to work in six months with treatment? I have been seeing this jerk for 15 years. My retirement plan has ALWAYS been when I can no longer work I am going to end it. Well he convinced me to try this and try that. Well this and that gave me whats called "brain buzz" and the other drug made me sicker than alcohol poisoning. The two drugs were Cymbalta and Gabapentin. In addition to this he is being stingy with the pain killers. So much so that he drove mentally over the edge in September. In too much pain to bear I became suicidal. So what does he do? HE cuts back the pain meds. Then puts that garbage on the pain referral. So who do I report this quack to. Can he be sued for this. It is a CLEAR violation of the hippocratic oath. HE knows I suffer. I have suffered for decades because I refused the pain meds. I was a truck driver. I could not take them and legally work! On October 26th of 2006 it all became too much and due to the pain I had a nervous breakdown AT WORK. I have not worked since. Some how everyone seems to think that I'd rather apply for SSI and get a WHOPPING 600 a month after making 45-50K all of my life. That is LUDICRIS!.. I have exausted every venue I can to find other work. I hate "the system" . But it is that or death as I see it. They've all convinced me that this is the way to go (that "system" that sucks) I guess I have more than one question here, so:1. Why is it that putting an animal down is HUMANE but not a human?2. Who do you report QUACKS to?3. Who in their right mind would choose to go this way? (Dr. DooLittle thinks I chose this, I quote him when I started showing symptoms of fibromyalgia "Oh you don't want to go there!"... I was not aware I had a choice other than the drugs or the Colt 45)My rights as a patient have clearly been violated. I want to whip his arse, but can I sue him? about 4 years ago, my brothers 1 year old son nearly drowned. he turned blue and was rushed to the hospital and was released the next day. He was fine.. when he was released to home, most family members came to visit him, but my mother didn't. She lives about an hour away and her thinking was she was just glad he was ok, and didn't see the need to make the hour drive. i dont know the whole history, but apparently that was the last straw for my brother, and he has quit talking to her for the past 4 years. if she asks him a question, he'll answer, but that's about the extent of their communication. she now tries to make more of an effort to visit them, but he still is holding a grudge. was what she did really horrible, and do you think he should forgive her?

I'm having a sweet 16 in January. The theme is going to be blackout. My friends are crazy, as well as me. I want to make it the party of the year, which wont really be hard cuz alot of the parties down here are all the same. I'm going to have an entrance for it and everything. I need help with decorations though because I am a very classy female but I also know how to have toooo much fun. I don't know where to draw the line. The attire is going to be semi-formal (girls cocktail dresses, guys nice pants and a nice shirt.. black of course), where everyone has to wear black, then for decorations I wanted to do glow in the dark paint, glow in the dark body glitter, light up ice cubes, glow sticks, glow in the dark kanye west glasses, a laser lights show with the DJ and fog machines. I have a music myspace account and everything was working ok until, one day i tried to add my old high school on my profile.It asked me to create a profile (so not thinking) I went ahead and created a profile......Then i came to a part where it asked what music i wanted on there (I thought to myself, I already have music on my account so i don't need to do it again) so i skipped that tab of the question list. After all was said and done i submitted it and went back to my account....to find out my music did not show anymore.I thought i messed up something in the myspace layouts part of it...but that wasn't it.SO i tried re posting my music directly from the account and THAT didn't work.I tried asking "customer support" but found no answers.I asked other people but got no response back......I am thinking i am going to have to make another page but I am so myspace illiterate that i would probably mess that up too......(My wife made the page for me in the beginning and i just recently started to use it lol) I don't know what to do or who to ask PLEASE help...Thanks.Oh...and if it helps any, it's music that i made myself.
