My boyfriend and I have had a very long history. We have been friends for 8 years and even through college we stayed in touch. He's always been there and throughout my life hes always been a positive influence as well as a very good friend. He has never let me down. When I came back from college we rekindled our flame and decided to give it another try. Acouple months ago he started a new job and picked up a new friend as well at his internship. He told me about her probably the first day he met her. He says they are friends and that was it. I was aware she was in his life and they talked on the phone and hung out every so often. This intern girl also is in a very serious relationship with her boyfriend who lives in a different state but they have been together for a while as well. i started picking up more and more on this "friendship" a month ago when I found these pics of her and her friends saved on his hardrive computer as well as pics he took from her facebook profile of her in revealing laundray at a halloween party. He told me she wasn't even hot and told me he was not interested in her. He also had pics that he stole from my facebook profile of my friends cropped out and even went as far to labeling them by their names and the position in the picture that they were in . Pretty creepy..I told him about it and he was like it's my buisness how i get off and he said he wanted me and only me. Then a week later I out he lied to me about taking this interngirl/friend and her roomate on a trip with his friends to west virginia on a boating trip. He had told me that the trip was a "guys -only" trip. I found out on facebook which makes it even worse b/ he was going to get away with this lie if i didnt find out myself. After that, I told him he would have to quit seeing her because he lied to me and now I didnt trust him. I told him he he wants me to still be his girlfriend he would have to respect my wises for him to not see this girl anymore. He said fine, and that he didn't want anything to do with her anymore. Then a week later I was looking through his phone and there was these late night-30 minute calls and texts. I contronted him and he basically had no good excuse to rectify the situation. He ignored my request once again. After I found this I made him call her and tell her he couldn't see her again and I was also listening in on the other end of the telephone. He said " I have been having problems with my gf and i think it would be better if we dont see each other for a while" she said " Well that's not completely unjustified of her to ask but that's on you.. not me"... when the convo ended he did wat i asked him to do and the intern/girl on the other end did not sound pleased at all. He got off the phone and said with attitude" There are you happy now?"...I was then requested that we make love and he said he wasn't in the "mood". When I went home later that day I was still not satisfied with what happened and called him.. And then he broke it off saying " I dont think i can let her go and admited that he had strong feelings for her". He said " I cant help my feelings and it wouldnt be right for him to keep being my boyfriend. I of course was devestated and heartbroken. That whole week I mourned and felt like complete crape. He was the last person in the world i thought would screw me over and he did. He led me on and lied to me and should have taken better care of my feelings. The next week I stared doing my own things and even went on a date. I changed my number and then de-faceboked friended him and he sent me 3 different messages online to "call him and he needs to talk and needed me to be there for him cause his cat died". I was always there for him so that whole 3 days I didn't call him because he had to learn that he cant just treat me any way that he wants and get away with it. That following few days I had agreed to come out to his house to see him cause he was depressed and sad that his cat died. When he saw me he wanted to get back together and try to make things work. Of course i loved him and he has never pulled anything like this on me ever except this time so of course I told him he could work on things and well see what happens. We are not completely back together. And now I dont really trust him. He said that he "chooses me" over her and he wants to make this right by working on things and trying not to see this girl anymore. Im lost at what i should do. I love him but he really hurt me and I dont know if i should take the risk on getting screwed over again. What do you guys think? Any suggestions would help.

So I am the editor of our school's yearbook this year. Our theme isn't decided at the moment...we will get to that 7th hour and hopefully have it figured out by then. Anyway my dilemma...our goal is to put EVERYONE in the yearbook. We already have a master list of all students in order by grade hanging on a wall ready to be crossed off, highlighted, etc. once they are pictured or quoted in the yearbook. I have hazel green eyes and I have dark golden blonde hair. I have both Almay for hazels & Physician's Formula for hazels. Which one is better to use? Shimmer strips gets on my nerves cause the colors get mixed in with the color below it and it gets on the brush and it just aggravates me. Does anyone have any tips? Also, I have Merle Norman dark brown eye pencil and I'm light skinned a little bit of tan but not a lot.. Also, I'm 13 years old.. so I was thinking that was too dark for me? He seems a little bit less active. I haven't had him out in a little while due to myself having a little bit of a cold and I've been busy with other things, but when I let him out the other day he wasn't as bouncy as he usually is.It's been a lot hotter the past week and he's lost some hair on his lower back. I think he's just shedding because of the heat, but I'm wondering if it's anything else. I had a second chinchilla for only a month, but after I got rid of her he started to act a little weird. They were never in the same cage together. I planned on introducing them, but it just didn't work out. After a month of having their cages side by side, when they were introduced in the bathroom, Titus (my chinchilla we're talking about now) attacked her. She didn't try to fight back, but they were definitely not getting along. I did my research on chinchillas and just decided that I was not ready to introduce another chin after that round-up. So it seems he never really liked her as he was always trying to bite at her or scratch at her and she never seemed to pay any attention to him whatsoever. But I'm still wondering if perhaps he liked her more than I gave him credit for..A few months ago, he got a small injury on his foot that bled when he picked at it. It was healed for like two months and then all of the sudden, last night he was chewing on his foot again when it was perfectly fine. I don't weigh him or anything, but he seems like he may have cut back on some weight. Not a lot, but maybe some. He still eats, maybe even more perhaps, but I don't know. He somehow seems like he's a little smaller.He's also been pretty mellow. He's used to me brushing him on the occasion that I see some loose hair or grooming him with my fingers. He used to not like it when I touched his sides or anything but his back, head, and neck but lately he's been fine with me touching his sides and lower back/towards the tail. I'm worried that he might be sick, but I don't really have the money to take him to a vet right now. I mean, I could pull it together somehow if I really needed to, but I'm wondering if he's just hot from the increase in temperature or lonely because I got rid of the other chinchilla. I know this sounds weird but one time I was by myself and nobody was home and the air condition was not workign and it was very very hot. I was running on the treadmill and I decided to take off my clothes and run. Okay, so around 3 months ago, my parents and i began looking for a new home for our puppy Frankie, he's a jack russel, and we, like many people, bought him thinking that we would have enough time to make him happy, but with me starting college and my parents both working, we decided that it was'nt fair for him to have to sit in the house from 9am in the morning untill 5:30pm when we got home.As heartbreaking as it was, we found someone that we thought would look after him through the dog groomer ( who is a complete animal lover), this woman was recommended highly from having looked after alot of jack russels in that past. So we thought that we had found the perfect home.After a few meetings Frankie went with this woman ( whose name i'm not gonna disclose ) and we said goodbye.It has been two months since that day we gave him to this lady, he was a happy, healthy puppy. Today, however was a huge shock.My parents and i were out on a break and took a drive into town, we happened across this lady with Frankie.However frankie has got patches of missing fur on his head, what looks like a urine infection,an eye infection, and the end of his tail is missing fur and looked very swollen and sore.Now i don't need to be a dog specialist to know that this is not normal, especially considering the fact that Frankie left our house, Wormed, De flead, and fully vaccinated.The woman came up with this lame story about walking him in the forest and his scratching his head on some bushes, but i have seen enough programs and stuff to know hair loss and a rash when i see it.Apparently he has been on Anti biotics, but i know that after 3 weeks of having an adverse reaction the vet would take him off.i feel really bad seeing him in this way, me and my parents have already tried to call the RSPCA and take their advice, we have also looked into every aspect of what the women was saying, but none of it makes sense.please helpx

Last night, my boyfriend of almost 2 years left. In the beginning, we had so much fun together. a 16 yr old male in allegheny county PA was told by his parents to get out, but if he did leave they would report him as a runaway. can they do that? they also said that if he went and stayed with anyone else that those people would be charged with harboring a runaway. is that correct? and if that kid did decide to leave,he would still have to go to school,however if he was reported as a runaway,would that be possible?

I have suspected something was going on with my boyfriend for quite some time.Lately, when the phone rings he races to answer it. When I ask who it Is, he says, "Oh, just a salesman." I catch him texting someone constantly, but he never lets me see who it is.The other day I was home sick and the house phone rang several times, but when I answered there was silence, like someone was there, but they weren't talking. I decided to follow him last Saturday when he said he was "going out with the guys." I waited about a minute after he drove away to quickly get in my car and follow him. I was so nervous he'd recognize my car, but I think he must have been really distracted, like he had something important on his mind.He parked outside this little tavern a few blocks from where he works. I had never noticed the place before, but I glanced around and couldn't believe my eyes.There was a nail salon next door that stays open 'till 10 P.M.!!!!! I hadn't had my nails done in several weeks so I quickly popped in and had a full manicure and pedicure. Here is the scoop! My roomates friend broke up with a psycho ex boyfriend over this past weeked. ( when i say psycho i mean.... put people in the hospital, steriod user, alchohol abuser, tire slasher, kid napper.. all the qualifications to be considered psycho) So the story goes...she decided to stay with us for the weekend and go to a football game and get her mind off of him. Which is understandable! So her and few friends were getting ready for the game and my husband and i decided to stay home and watch the Gator game (Woo Go Gators : ) ) and relax and have some friends over at the house. When the girls and my room mates came home around 2am they ordered some pizza and went to bed. When i woke up i had to run out to my car to get my sweatshirt, i found that the 5 cars that were parked in my drive way and in front of my house the tires had all been slashed. Needless to say, i Flipped out. Everyone came down and knew that it must have been her ex boyfriend because she just had new tires but on and he was upset about the break up. He txt her and said that he had made a mistake and would come over and fix what he had done by.. buying us all new tires. By this time we had called the police and put in a report about what had happened. He was stupid enough to admit what he'd done but then expect us to let him come over with no one outside(by his request) so he could "make right" what he had done the night before. Note: My husband and I have no idea who this guy was, never met him before. He slashed all of our tires too. In the afternoon the girls let him come over to fix their tires. I made it very clear that he was not to touch mine or my husbands car.. that he'd done enough touching (more like stabbing) of our cars. We had demanded he write a check out to us for the $900 + damage he'd done and for the fee's to tow and for our gas/ and break lines to be checked... He proceeded to fix the 3 other cars and got in his truck and drove away before he gave us a check. My roommate txt him and told him he needed to come back and give us the money.. his only reply was "send me the bill". Now if i had known that i was going to have our tires slashed i would have been A. not home or B. had money in a savings account for incase an @$$hole ever came along and slashed our tires. We hadnt planned on forking out that much money.... but we are going to have to do it regardless... we need to get to work. What i am looking for is advice to persue legal action against this psycho.... My husband leaves for Iraq in October and I dont really feel saft knowing some psycho is running around stabbing tires outside my house with a 6inch blade. I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I went in last week and the doctor checked if I was fully closed in the cervix... being curious I decided to feel what she was talking about. Yesterday I mowed the lawn on a riding lawn mover and than I felt slight cramps through the night and checked this morning and it does not feel the same it's soft now. I do not feel any hard tip, is this bad? I called my doctor this morning and the nurse was no help. I'm not having any cramps now but just worried about the tip being soft. What does that mean?

I have a feeling I'm out of luck, but here goes: My employer is in one state. I'm in a different state. Our insurance company (we have a PPO) has decided it doesn't want to cover out-of-state employees anymore. The company is very small (less than 20 people). It has promised it won't let any of our coverage lapse, but I am not optimistic, since the controller asked me if it would be possible for me to get private insurance and be reimbursed for it.Since I have severe respiratory disease and hypertension, the answer to that would ordinarily be no. With this and my previous job, I've had continuous insurance coverage for nearly 10 years. Would that "creditable coverage" be any use to me in getting decent private coverage that would cover my pre-existing conditions? If I quit (I'm thinking about it...) COBRA wouldn't seem to apply because the company is dropping the insurance. And, of course, if I end up uninsured for more than 62 days between jobs, I lose all my creditable coverage and am back at zero.Is private insurance a realistic possibility, or am I in fantasyland here? I'm 24, i've been dating(more like married) to a 45 years old woman for about 2 years she has two kids one 22 and the other one 13... the younger kid is like my own..we moved to another state about 9 months ago and things starting going down hill. She blames me of every single mistake she makes, specially the money , she used to be very well off and now she is not poor but she wants to have the lifestyle she used to and she cannot afford it. She has become abusive and controlling better said she is crazy for a few days and then she goes back to normal( she can be an amazing woman) but in the last few months it's been more crazy than normal.... last week i decided to move out, i hope she'll realize i'm not the reason of her money problems, actually i've been pretty much giving all my money to her. She nag gs about everything, always trying to find an excuse to complain.I know that i made a lot of mistakes and i recognize them, she will not accept that she has some issues and the problem is not me ot at least not all of it. I don't know what to do, should i just get the hell out? or give it some time?I'm starting to resent her and i really don't want that, we;ve had a very good relationship until now, and i just wish she could take me for who i am and stop all this nonsense. One of my children just started a mother's day out/preschool program, a few weeks (about 3) ago. He has a November birthday, and is still 2, He's able to use the toilet and is tall for his age. When we went to enroll him, we were advised by one of the staff that we should put him in the 3yo class because of his maturity level (my guess is because he was toilet trained). I really thought it was a bad idea because he was so young and still acted 2 in many many ways. But my husband and I thought about it and because that class was almost full we decided we'd try it there and move him back if needed. Out of nowhere I was approached by the person who advised me to put him in there that the teachers don't think he should be there because he isn't as mature as all the other kids (he's the youngest by a good 4 months). Which I was kind of taken by surprise because they never spoke to me about it up to this point and she said she begged the teachers to give him one more day so she could talk to me about it first. I don't want him in a room where he's not doing well, but I don't understand why they didn't approach me sooner. I mean why not after the first 1-2 days when they saw it wasn't working out? I only put him in there on her advice, and I feel really embarrassed, like I'm one of those mom's who thinks her kid is so advanced etc. Will it be better next year when I send him there again and he's back in that class, will the embarrassment (mine) go away??? Also, do teachers at preschools talk about all the kids/parents after they leave?

My best friend asked me what I thought of her throwing me a shower for my second baby. It has been 6 years since my daughter was born, and this one is a boy. Is it socially acceptable to have a second shower? I suggested that if she does throw a shower for me, to leave it up to the guests to decide if they want to bring a gift or not. (Eg word the invitations as more of a celebration of the pregnancy, than a shower. That way if they find it tacky, they can just come to play games and have some food.)What is your opinion?

I'm 21 and me and my husband have decided to try to have a baby.i had my implant removed in july and we started trying straight away.this is our second month of trying...how long does it normally take to conceive??please help.

I love art, but I'm also interested in clothing design, and crafts. I can't decide which course to take. Has anyone here taken either a graphic design course, or a textiles course, and what did you think of it? Did you enjoy it, and what kind of things did you learn? Did you find employment afterwards?

We are given 5 sick/personal days, they are good Jan.-Dec., if you dont use them you lose them. You have to be at the company 6 months before you use any vacation/sick/personal time off. She thinks if you use them to not lose them, you are abusing them. Then she says you should use them is you really need a personal day. Who is she to decide what is a valid personal day. What i deam personal to my standards is not the same as hers. Its not like the company thinks any more highly of anyone because they didnt use their time, the probably like it. Do I Just take the days off, I can start taking them 9/24/08 and only have until the end of December.Just this morning she made a comment about an employees dedication because she used some personal and vacation time since she hit 6 months on the job and was eligible.What should I do? I dont want to make her mad, but I dont plan on losing any days I have coming to me.

I've half a mind to build a flying boat based loosely on the BF Goodrich inflatable airplanes of the Viet Nam War. This is a long story. A photographer came to my workplace wanting to take photos for his portfolio. My workplace usually charges a fee for this, instead, they offered to let him take photos for free if he'd do some shots for their web page in exchange. There was no contract signed in this agreement, nor any waiver for lost or damaged equipment. The photographer put his $1200 lens out on a table and left the room. A coworker and I were checking out some handheld spotlights. When I handed them back to my coworker, we didn't connect and one was dropped on the table on which the lens was sitting. I don't know if my coworker also bumped the table in trying to catch the light, but the lens was shaken and fell to the concrete floor. We apologized and when he demanded money from us a week later for the broken lens, we went to our superiors to tell them about the situation. In discussions with the photographer, my employers decided that my coworker and I should handle it privately with the photographer.We were told by others not to call him as it was his fault for leaving expensive equipment out, etc. We called him finally because he was threatening to sue us for the expense. He's asking us to each pay one third of the cost, about $400 each, and a used lens is only $100 less than a new one ($1200); his warranty/insurance has run out as the lens is 3 years old. Is this right? Should we pay him or should our employer have paid him? Should he sue our employer instead? Is it just too bad for him and nobody owes him anything? Are there legal issues with this I should know about? Obviously if we tell him to do this or if he does sue the company I could lose my job, I work in an at-will employment state. Complicated, I know.

No. $1m for a park. $15m-plus for construction of a multi-use sports complex which she rushed through to build on a piece of property that the City didn't even have clear title to, that was still in litigation 7 yrs later--to the delight of the lawyers involved! The sports complex itself is a nice addition to the community but a huge money pit, not the profit-generator she claimed it would be. She also supported bonds for $5.5m for road projects that could have been done in 5-7 yrs without any borrowing. While Mayor, City Hall was extensively remodeled and her office redecorated more than once. These are small numbers, but Wasilla is a very small city.
