I work out hard everyday for an hour after noon (sometimes early morning before my first meal). I'm trying to tone and lean up. Can i use a high protein, low cal/fat/carb shake as a meal replacement/lunch (4 hours before workout) to help lose those stubborn extra lbs? Or are they specifically for building muscle and should be consumed right before workout (or after)?
