I have a Doberman and two Pit-Bulls who are very attached to me and whom I've raised since they were little puppies. The dogs love to have all my attention and can be sort of aggressive with people they are not use to. I need help getting my boyfrnd to stop or at least slow down, on taking too many Loratabs. He is addicted bad!?Okay my boyfriend started taking loratabs about a year ago. He would take just 1 only on his day off and only if he had nowhere to go because he didnt like to drive while under the influence. Now remember he started taking them just for the hi, not because was perscribed them. For a while it stayed a week-end thing, like 1-2 pills a week. Then it was like out of nowhere (it seems) he is taking them daily,and has been for about the last 6mo. or so. Now he has to have them otherwise his body aches and hurts and goes thru a detox, and I hear it sucks bad, its harder to get off of than any other drug, it compares to heroin. He has yet had to go without for about the last 4mo. ago or so. So I really dont know what to expect when he does have to go thru that. Well 5-6 yrs ago before this started he was a total square. He is a great man, good father to his and mine, and a good provider, well used to be, he still is but it's fading. He has a great career as a F&B director with a large company here in Las Vegas. We've gone out a couple of times. We talk on the phone. We've kissed. Mum had a serious unexpected stroke 2 weeks ago, she had a gulf ball size blood clot on her brain, she is just out of intensive care and still very sleepy, she has very slow movement on the left side of her body, and by the doctors records-spastic movement on the right.She still has a feeding tube and is unable to talk.She sleeps so much and I dont know if this is normal for a stroke survivers, Her brain is still very swollen, but its not bleeding THANK GODShe seems to be staring into space most of time and occasional makes eye contact. I want to know if anyone has had similar experiences, I'm not sure what to expect, whether she will improve or if this is how she will stay.The family has been by her side day in day out, but we are all thinking there should be more improvements by now.

So I got to thinking about thinking about two petshop questions that had shown up in the last month to month in a half.The first was a young lady who planned on opening her own petshop (was going to school for business and everything) She was on here wanting to now how she could find breeders because she wanted to sell puppies in her store; no mutts just purebreds. Of course when she got the answer she did, she went on on this lil tirade about how we were just jealous of the good luck and wealth she was going to have, but refused to acknowledge the fact that no reputable breeder would work with her.The second was another young lady who had just purchased a puppy from a petstore. Again same answers only this time instead of the normal, well the person working there said, she said the owner of the store was a friend of her mother's and would never lie to them. The owner had apparently told them that all the puppies came from breeders who's bitch had more pups than expected. The asker also stated very proudly that she knew her puppy was healthy because the woman had also gone to vet school (or at least said she had) and vetted the animals herself.The first thing that came to mind was, she couldn't be bothered to have another person to pay so she's just loading the pups up on antibiotics herself. And once more we were wrong and that while other petshops might have puppymill puppies this place was different. Yeah and the moon is made of cheese.So my question is in both of these cases do you think they were both just being very naive to the truth or perhaps both were just trying to convince themselves that had done/were going to the right thing?I mean do people going in really expect to hear the 100% honest to god truth about where the puppies in these places come from?

Hi,I am thinking about getting an ACE personal training certificate but I am not too sure about which study materials to get. I was thinking about buying used materials online but I am afraid that I might get suckered into buying outdated or irrelevant materials. The only thing is that the study materials that ACE offers online are so expensive!! The ACE site offers three grades of programs ranging from $300-$400. From your experiences, which study materials are needed to pass the exam? Should I just buy the most expensive materials??? And how much on average should I expect to pay for the entire certification process? How much taller will i (16 year old boy) grow...?I am currently about 6" - 6"1' and 16 years and 3 months old - a boy. I am quite tall (fairly slim) and have gone through huge growth spurts in the last 3 years! I have never been overly tall compared to everyone else until fairly recently.
