How do I deal with uncooperative guitar players? I have to play with them for a series of gigs for a year and they have nothing in common with me. They play music I hate, they have enormous egos, they never pay for anything, but I need them for the gigs in order to continue saving money, so I can't get rid of them. Had almost a 3 year relationship. Lived together most of the time. We sort of mutually broke up. Been broken up for about 6 months. She's a nice girl, never struck me as a game player. At first I tried to get back with her by sending her heartfelt emails every week or two saying that I quit smoking and other stuff that bothered her (I was sincere). She even would ignore giving me closure, which I really needed. It seems every few weeks, she pops up for something. She came to my college graduation, got coffee with me shortly afterwards and said nothing when I said I wanted to work things out (so I left in a nice manner), she texted me saying she missed me (after she started going out with some goofy rebound dude), etc.I had enough and texted her saying she's only sending me mixed messages and that her communication is not healthy for me if I have to move on. I told her no contact. A few weeks later she asks me for a password that she can reset herself. I ignored it. Couple of weeks later, she calls me to tell me her dad died and needed someone to talk to so I called her and told her I would be a friend in this crappy time. I called a couple days later and she ignored me. She sent me a text 2 days later that asked if I would be going to a show. I called her and left a message saying she could come with us. No reply. She comes to the show with the rebound guy and walks right past me looking really sad and scared.I really love this girl, but she's acting really strange. I would be patient for her if I thought I had any chance. I don't get why she keeps popping up here and there and going to places she knows I will be when she doesn't care too much about those things. I'm moving on the best I can, but this is really hurting me. Do I have a chance down the road? Should I block her number? Should I tell her off?

I was banned from HBD's 24/7 Ghost Town 64 player server. They gave no reason. I have played there for years. I was also banned from their website. Again, no reason given. I did post in their forum before I was banned from the site and before I realized it was a ban from the server. I thought I had jsut been kicked. It is a ranked server, can I appeal to EA or even PB or am I SOL?Is there a way to mask/proxy my IP so the server sees another one? Or is that a violation of the EUA?

The DVD player won't work at all and the VCR tape will go in for about 10 seconds and then the tape will eject itself and the power will turn off. Any idea what it can be? It is about a year old.

So I made a mixed CD using a CD-R blank disc and burned it using Itunes. It plays in the computer and in my DVD player, but won't play in my car. I have no problem playing regular cd's in my car, but I was wondering that maybe it just doesn't play CD-R cd's. Any other things that could cause this? And if it is the problem then is there any way around it or can I just not play mixed CD's in my car? its and after market stereo and all the files are in mp3 format. the stereo can't be more than 3 or 4 years. old.

P.V.P (player-vs-player) games have become more and more popular over the years. they range from medieval times (runescape) to futuristic times (star wars galaxies). which kind of genre do you prefer and why?

I mean sure he is athletic, but is no more and no less a role player and to think he will be a perennial All-star is foolish. He is not a great lockdown defender. He is athletic and can drive. But, is not feared in the open court, like the best in the game LeBron, Wade, and Maggette.It is smart of the Sixers to get Brand because he is a superstar even though he is injury prone. A couple months later, after seeing him and talking to him everyday, I liked him alot. ok.... i have known this guy for lke 7 years, and we have always been really good friends. now, when i say he is a player, i mean he has not been in the mindframe to settle down...EXCEPT with one girl, which about 5 years ago he had a child with and she hurt him very badly. they have been apart for about 2 years now....well, for the first time, we became intimate a few months ago. it was one of those 'one time things' and we let it go...but then we kinda became inseperable, hanging out way more than we had as just friends. we have always enjoyed each other's company over the years, but lately, we went from friends to 'baby' and 'sweetie' and this soft side of him came out that i never was introduced to me within our friendship. he is so sweet and caring and we have such open conversation for hours... but all of the sudden, as he says he is falling for me, he then starts to come around less and less...this is after he tells me to stop acting so tough/hard and to let my guard down...yeah, mr player telling me to stop being so tough and open up to him..... so i confront him nicely.....basically say, lok do ya just wanna go back to being friends or so ya still wana try this ya know? well we had agreed not to see/be with anyone else but that we were gonna take it slow. so i got tired of not hearing from him and didnt wanna sit around stupid being played, so i asked him if he still wanted to 'test the waters' with us being 'together' or just be friends, cuz our friendship is not something i wanna lose. he tells me he just isnt ready for a relationship right now cuz he cant put everything he would want to in it because he has a lot on his plate right now blah blah ...yet he follows that by saying he loves the times we have together and doesnt want it to end...is one of my best friends playing me, or is he falling and got scared??? am i being stupid? i really care for him and still wanna try this. im ok with it going slow, but im not gonna wait around for someone while he may be doing his own thing. one last thing...you have to know him and he does things with me and says things that i dont think he said to the chicks he was 'playing'...and when he did 'play' girls, he was never a dog and lied...he just never tried to settle down with anyone and made that clear. so why would he lie to me? or is he?? i hope this made sense, and any more info you need, just ask....i really need some good advice PLEASE!!!!! this is driving me crazy b/c i fell in love with my best friend and i dunno if he did and then ran, or if i got played by my friend.....and i dunno which is worse.

11 years ago I bought 2 identical 35 inch color TVs from Circuit City. They are a GE, model # 35GT720. They've just started to both have a meltdown at the same time... when the TVs are on Channel 5 (which is the CBS channel), all of a sudden the sound goes completely out. A loud SHHHHHH sound happens. After the SHHHHH sound happens, you can change channels, and it's on ALL channels. We have to unplug and then plug them back in. Also, if it goes to the SHHH sound, you can turn it off and the next day, turn it back on and the SHHH sould will still be there until I UNplug and then plug back in. We've even trid to run them thru the DVD player, but still no luck. Yeah, I know they are 11 years old, but I have TVs that are a LOT older than THAT that are fine... any suggestions. They are TOO HUGE to take them somewhere to get fixed.

Ok it's a long story:So I had 7 out of 9 classes in school with this guy named tong (weird i know)I had known a few years ago. I've heard alot of talk about how Dan Carcillo is just like Sean Avery and quite frankly, I think it's alot of BS. Both like to get into alot of fights but as we all know Avery and Carcillo are 2 different types of people. Carcillo is very down to both on and off the ice. In most cases Carcillo isn't the one looking to fight in the first place rather a guy who just needs alot more self-control if he's going to have any chance at being a potential 40+ goal scorer in the NHL as Wayne Gretzky believes.Sean Avery is a jackass on and off the ice and becomes a bigger one every year it seems, unlike Carcillo, Avery( as much as I hate to say it) is a better player and as of right now on could be the player that brings Dallas it's 2nd ever cup, while Carcillo is trying to develop into being a better player in the hopes that his improvement( along with several others )will be key to the Coyotes just getting into the playoffs. this is a long description/rant so please hear me out. so i met this guy online about a few days ago... he's a senior, football player, and gets good grades. i'm also a senior. he lives about an hour away from me and has not had a gf in a year because he's not one to fool around, he only wants serious marriage type relationships. and the last one didnt work out for him. hes also very picky. then after talking to him he said that he thinks we were meant to be, that fate brought us together. bc i happened to go on that chatroom that very day and he just made his account for the chat.. and i normally never go into the chatroom.
